…It’s For Us is coming to Malakta Art Factory.
There are evenings that stay with you long after they’ve ended.
Not because everything was perfect, but because something felt real. The music. The conversations. The place. The people you happened to stand next to.
This is the kind of evening we hope to create on 22 August.
Originally formed in Stockholm, It’s For Us has spent more than a decade shaping a sound that is unmistakably their own—where shimmering guitars, relentless rhythms and vulnerable melodies exist side by side. Their music moves between chaos and calm, noise and beauty, often all at once.
Today, the band members live in different corners of Europe. They only reunite a few times each year, making every performance feel rare and deeply intentional. When they step onto a stage together, there’s a sense that this moment matters.
And we’re incredibly happy that one of those moments will happen here, at Malakta in Malax.
Our old dairy has always been more than a building. It’s a place where artists, neighbours, visitors and curious strangers cross paths. Where concerts feel close enough to breathe with the musicians, and where staying for “just one more song” often turns into staying for the whole evening.
After the concert, the night continues with artisan pizza from Nil Pizza and a DJ-set hosted by the band themselves. Stay for the music, share a table with someone you haven’t met before, have another slice of pizza, dance a little, or simply enjoy being part of it all.

Tickets are 12 € at the door. We also offer a reduces price of 10 € for Art in Malakta-members, students, unemployed and pensioners. If you are under 18 years of age you can come for FREE.
