Located in the peaceful Finnish countryside, surrounded by river, sea, and wild landscapes, the residency offers a supportive environment for artists, writers, researchers, and anyone seeking uninterrupted time for creative exploration. With daylight throughout the night during the summer months, it is an invitation to slow down, deepen your practice, and reconnect with your creative rhythm.
There is no fixed programme or expected outcome. Participants are free to shape their own experience and work at their own pace. To support each individual process, we offer optional creative mentorship, providing guidance, reflection, and encouragement throughout your stay.
Accommodation & Studio
The residency is based in a peaceful tower studio overlooking the river and garden. Designed for both living and working, the space includes:
- A bright, dedicated studio with natural light day and night
- A cozy loft sleeping area
- A fireplace for quiet Nordic evenings
- Views over the surrounding landscape
Guests also have access to the surrounding nature, traditional sauna experiences, and opportunities to participate in creative workshops during their stay.
