touched is a personal approach to the world-famous artist, dancer and choreographer Pina Bausch and the influence of dance on the urban communities, the everyday life and memories of the citizens of Wuppertal. A film about loss, identity, transformation and the impact of dance in society ten years after her passing.
touched is the first part of THE LEGACY PROJECT. FEELING IN THE 21st CENTURY, a series of films and digital narration projects dealing with the changing perceptions, with collective and individual trauma, sensations and transformation processes in our digital age.
